免疫学专业

李自慧，女，医学博士，首都医科大学附属北京胸科医院/北京市结核病胸部肿瘤研究所副研究员，硕士研究生导师。

从事结核病基础与转化研究十余年，主要研究方向为结核病快速诊断和结核分枝杆菌致病机理研究。作为课题负责人承担国家自然科学基金青年项目和面上项目、国家科技重大专项子课题和子任务、北京市自然科学基金面上项目、首都临床诊疗技术研究及转化应用、北京市属医院科研培育计划等科研课题。获得北京市优秀人才、通州区高层次人才(领军人才)培养项目资助。基于结核分枝杆菌体内诱导基因的鉴定与功能研究、结核分枝杆菌非编码RNA的系统发现与功能研究、结核分枝杆菌免疫原的系统筛选和鉴定、结核病分子标志物的筛选及转化等研究，以第一作者发表研究论文14篇，参与发表研究论文30余篇，授权国家发明专利2项。参编出版《分枝杆菌分子生物学》、《非结核分枝杆菌病诊断与治疗》、《2014北京医学科技发展报告》、《DIAGNOSIS AND MANAGEMENT OF TUBERCULOSIS》等书籍。现为中国防痨协会结核病转化医学专业分会副秘书长，中国防痨杂志、Clin Chim Acta等杂志审稿人。
